This group will be different than other real estate investment groups in that it will be no-nonsense and only for people who are craving information, mentoring, networking, and strategy advice.

This group is for individuals who currently own at least one investment property. In the process of joining this group, you will be asked for at least 3 investment referrences or for the address of atleast one of your investment properties (to confirm ownership). This is not a get rich quick group-we will not be attending any Wealth Expos. There is no cost to join this group, you will only be charged a one time $3 fee to cover the cost of making your membership card and a $5 per meeting fee to cover the cost of the meeting room, periodic presentations, and other value addeds.

This group is not for Realtors, RE Brokers, or other's who are simply trying to make a sale. If this is you, you are not welcome to join, although you may request access to our "Investment Partner" board in order to network, post a request for an investment partner, discuss market conditions, etc.
